MoNoWriMo

Monique's Novel Writing Month begins today.

The idea belongs to jbknowles, and actually lasts longer than one month. The real National Novel Writing Month is the month of November, and the idea is to write an entire novel in one month. (Hahahaha!)

We few, we proud, we deadline-craving bloggers - organized by Jo - have banded together in an effort to finish our WIPs. We have until December 31, 2005. (Yes, that's red font for urgency and weightiness.)

Must. Not. Blog.

Must. Pound out WIP.

400 words so far today.

That is all.

Edited to add:

Make that 800 words.

Oh, and also?

Know that if you ever come to stay at our house, you are expected to contribute artistically in some way, as lylow did:

She painted the urn this past weekend, on her birthday visit. She painted the tree and hydrangeas on a previous visit. Isn't she the best sister-in-law ever? I have the most beautiful bathroom in the history of mankind.

Just kiddin'. You don't have to paint murals if you come visit.

Just bring chocolate.

Now really.
